We have how many more weeks?

It seems like yesterday that Jennifer was trying to "not" tell me she was pregnant, but let me see the test for myself. The look was all over her face so looking at the test was not going to tell me anything I did not already know. Anyone who knows her should be able to tell you that she can never hide anything because it is always written all over her face!!

We have crossed the halfway mark, or shall I say Jennifer has...or maybe Caleb has...oh whatever, he is 23 weeks through the process!! Feeling him kick is really cool. Last night was really cool because I put my hand on Jennifer’s ever growing belly and asked my little buddy to kick and sure enough, a little kick or a punch maybe. I think the lighter movements are punches and the bigger ones are kicks.

The next 17 weeks are going to be busy. We are going to Hawaii in two weeks and as soon as we get back I have a long list of things to do to get the nursery ready. I have to hang bead board, order furniture, pick up furniture, pay for furniture (ouch!), clean out my treasures (the ones Jennifer refers to as junk…..I would say that is a little harsh) and try and keep the house as clean as possible because once the little rascal is here I doubt the house will ever be the same – but that is not necessarily a bad thing!!
